These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Rally: Habit Tracker mobile application ("Rally", "the App", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using Rally, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Rally is a habit tracking application that allows you to create habits, track your daily progress, view statistics, and set reminders. You may use Rally for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use Rally. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.
To use Rally, you must create an account using email/password or Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You may delete your account at any time from the Profile screen within the App. Deleting your account will permanently remove all your data, including habits, completions, and streaks.
Rally offers a free tier that allows you to track up to 2 habits. Additional features are available through a Rally Pro subscription:
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account and are managed by Apple. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will continue to have access to Rally Pro features until then.
Prices may vary by region and are determined by Apple's pricing tiers. Prices are subject to change with notice.
You retain ownership of any content you create within Rally, including habit names and completion data. We do not claim any ownership rights over your content.

Rally and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Jakub Kiszkowski and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The Rally name, logo, and all related names, logos, and designs are trademarks of Jakub Kiszkowski.
Rally is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Rally is a habit tracking tool and does not provide medical, health, psychological, or professional advice. You should consult appropriate professionals for such guidance.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jakub Kiszkowski shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of Rally after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
